The Promoters, commenced the specialty chemicals business on March 6, 2003, as a partnership firm in the name of `Rossari Labtech', having Mr. Edward Menezes and Mr. Sunil Chari as partners. Subsequently, on December 5, 2003, the name of the partnership firm was changed to `Rossari Biotech', and the business of the partnership was changed to that of manufacturing, purchase, sale, import, export and otherwise to deal in enzymes, textile auxiliaries, applications and products of biotechnology for textiles, leather, paper, construction materials, pharmaceuticals etc. Further, on January 17, 2004, RBIPL was admitted as partner in Rossari Biotech.
