The Company was originally incorporated as `Yatra Online Private Limited' on December 28, 2005, at Mumbai, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on October 25, 2021 and the name of the Company was changed to `Yatra Online Limited'.
