The company also undertakes the business of hire, hire purchase, deferred payments leasing and to finance and, assist in financing lease operations of each and every kind including movable and immovable properties. During 1994 the company's name was changed to WEIZMANN LIMITED, from WEIZMANN INDUSTRIES LIMITED. 2002-Weizmann Ltd has informed the Exchange Mr. N. N. Pai has resigned as the Chairman & Director of the company and Dr. P D Ojha - Director has been appointed as Chairman of the Company at the same meeting held on November 30, 2002. 2003 -Weizmann Ltd has informed the Exchange that Shri Amit D.
