Palace Heights Hotels Limited was originally incorporated in Andhra Pradesh on 25th day of February 1965 under the Companies Act as Krishna Cold Drinks Private Limited, the company name was changed to Shri Krishna Bottlers Private Limited and to Palace Heights Hotels Private Limited on 10.11.66 & 25.09.90 respectively. Subsequnetly on 28.09.90 the Company was converted into Public Limited Company any a fresh certificate in incorporation was obtained. 2003 -Viceroy Hotels Board approved Rs 30 million investment in wholly owned subsidiary, to open a second restaurant at Texas, USA and finance the capital expenditure through wholly owned subsidiary company Mayuri India Cuisine Inc, Texas USA. -The Board also approved the draft franchisee agreement with Marriott International Licensing Company BV and Viceroys Hotels Ltd. The agreement would be for a period of 20 years. The Hotel would have all the benefits/privilege of Marriott International Group. 2011 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted To D No. 8-2-120/115/14, 5th Floor, Shangrila Plaza, Road No.2, Opp. KBR Park, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034, AP, India 2012 -Mr. M. Satish Choudhury has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company 2013 -Ms. Y. Karuna Priyadarshini has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. 2014 -Mr. P Chakradhar Reddy has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. 2024 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 10 in the ratio of 7:10 at a premium of Rs. 102 per share.
