In accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement between BOL and TSIL and their respective shareholders as sanctioned by the Hon'ble High Court vide its Order dated July 22, 2011; 2012 -Ms. Sonam Jain has been appointed as the Asst. Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. 2014 -The Company has been entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Oswal F.M. Hammerle Textile Ltd. (OFMH).
