Consequently, a Fresh certificate of incorporation was granted by Registrar of Companies, MAHARASTRA on 20th March, 1995. 2007 -Kotawala India Ltd has informed that the Company had at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting dated January 18, 2007 passed a special resolution for changing its name from Kotawala India Ltd to Suave Hotels Ltd. The change of name has been approved by the Registrar of Companies on April 02, 2007. 2008 - Board recommended a dividend payment @ 12%. 2009 - The Board recommended final dividend of 20 paisa per equity shares of Rs 10/- each. - Mr. Sandeep Sharma (Executive Director) appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company. 2010 - The Board has considered and recommended dividend @ 5% i.e. Rs. 0.50 per equity share. 2011 - The Board has considered and recommended the Final Dividend @ 10% i.e. Rs. 1/- per Equity Share. - Byke Hospitality Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated October 15, 2011 titled "Acquisition of Resort in South Goa". -Company has changed its name from Suave Hotels Ltd. to The Byke Hospitality Ltd. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From F-72, Solaris Opp. L&T Gate No.6, off.
