The Company was incorporated as `Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Private Limited' pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 12, 1996 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli at Ahmedabad ("RoC"). Thereafter, pursuant to the conversion of the Company to a public limited company, the name of the Company was changed to `Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 2021 was issued to the Company by the RoC.Major events and milestones of the Company :1996- Incorporation of the Company2004- Received licence to manufacture for sale (or for distribution) of certain drugs from the Food and Drugs Control Administration, Gujarat at the Ankleshwar Manufacturing Facility2007- Expansion of manufacturing capacity at the Ankleshwar Manufacturing Facility2011- Commenced commercial manufacturing of SDAs2013- Attained turnover of Rs. 500.00 million2015- Attained turnover of Rs. 1 billion- Incorporation of Tatva Chintan USA Inc., a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company- Set up warehousing facility in Netherlands2017- Set up the Dahej Manufacturing Facility2018- Set up R&D facility in Vadodara2019- Incorporation of Tatva Chintan Europe BV, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company2020- Completion of `Together for Sustainability' audit- Conversion of the Ankleshwar Manufacturing Facility to a `zero liquid effluent discharge facility'- Attained total revenue of Rs. 2 billion- Increase in manufacturing capacity at the Dahej Manufacturing Facility resulting in an increase in the aggregate manufacturing capacity of the Company from 160 KL and 10 Assembly Lines to 280 KL and 13 Assembly Lines  2021 -Company name has changed to Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd. from Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Pvt.Ltd.. 2023-The Company has successfully commenced its commercial production from New Facility at our Dahej Manufacturing plant situated at Plot No.: Z/103/F/1&2, SEZ Area, Part-2, Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat - 392130
