The company was incorporated on 2nd September, 1985 and obtained the certificate of commencement of Business on 20th September, 1985. It was promoted by Ravi Ghai, Ravi Kiran Aggarwal and Aditya Kiran Aggarwal. It manufacture ready to serve foods and frozen vegetables. During 1988-89, the company undertook market survey and trials of innovative ready to serve (RTS) food products Commercial production of green peas was also launched. The company also entered into contract with prestigious hotels for frozen vegetables. In addition, the company explored the possibility of export to USA, Japan, Canada etc and exports worth Rs.3.69 lakhs were made. During 1989-90 , the company proposed to undertake manufacture of ice-cream with the existing infrastructure.
