Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 10, 2024, and by the Shareholders in an Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 7, 2024, and consequently the name of the Company was changed to `Sunsky Logistics Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 16, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The corporate identification number of the Company is U74999GJ2020PLC114376. The Company was incorporated by Pushpa Devi Vaishnav and Peenaben Shrenikbhai Shah, being the subscribers to the Memorandum of Association.
