Our company was incorporated as Vitalise Finlease Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on March 10, 1999, with the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. Pursuant to a Shareholders Resolution passed at the EGM held on December 02, 2000, the name of our Company was changed to S.R.G. Housing Finance Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 04, 2000, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. Subsequently, our company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a Shareholders Resolution passed at the EGM held on January 15, 2004 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 10, 2004, consequent to such change of status was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. Further, the name of our Company was changed to SRG Housing Finance Ltd. pursuant to a Shareholders Resolution passed at the EGM held on June 15, 2012. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to such change of name was issued on June 18, 2012 by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. Our company is a Housing Finance Company registered with NHB (Registration No.02.0056.04) engaged primarily in the business of home loans in the State of Rajasthan and has a steady performance track record till date. Key events and Milestones of Our Company 2002 The company registered itself with National housing Bank (NHB) in the year 2002 2003 The Company approved its first Row Houses project in the Name of "Surya Estate' in the state of Rajasthan 2006 a. The Company conducted the Mega event - "Mission 3000", for its Customers in the year 2006. b.
