The Company was originally incorporated as a partnership firm in the name of "SJS Enterprises" pursuant to a deed of partnership dated June 10, 1987. Subsequently, pursuant to a deed of co-partnery dated March 25, 2005 and a certificate of incorporation dated June 21, 2005 issued by the RoC, SJS Enterprises was registered as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956 in the name of "S.J.S. Enterprises Private Limited". Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company, as approved by the Shareholders pursuant to a resolution dated April 28, 2021 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 4, 2021 was issued by the RoC, consequent upon conversion, recording the change in the name of the Company to "S.J.S. Enterprises Limited".Major events and milestones:1987- Incorporated as a partnership firm in the name of "SJS Enterprises"2006- Joint Venture with Serigraph, a US based commercial printing player2010- Entry into new product lines in segments such as 3D lux badges2015- Acquisition of majority stake by Evergraph2016- Entry into new product lines - aluminium badges2018- New manufacturing facility commissioned with 235,000 sq. ft. area- Entry into new product lines - IMD/ IML parts2020- Entry into new product line - formed appliques segment2021- Acquisition of Exotech- Entry into chrome plating 2023 -"SJS completed acquisition of 90.1% stake in Walter Pack India".
