The name was changed to Shree Precoated Steels Limited on April 17, 2009. 2009 -Listing of equity shares of Shree Precoated Steels Ltd on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities. 2010 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From City Mall, 2nd Floor, Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053 To Rehman Building, 2nd Floor Mezzanine, 24 Veer Nariman Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001.
