The registered office of the Company is located at Milestone 87, Vadodara, Halol Highway, Village Kotambi, Post Office Jarod, Vadodara-391510, Gujarat, India. 2012 - Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited gained over 15 per cent to a new high in the early trade on Bombay Stock Exchange. 2013 -Mr. Javed Ahmad has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of the Company. Also, Mr. Anurag Mantri was appointed as Chief Finance Officer of the Company. 2015 -Schneider Electric successfully showcased its unique & diverse range of smart energy solutions 2018 Company has said that, Temasek may announce a deal to buy L&T's electric & automation business", 2022 -Schneider Electric approved, enhancing the production capacity of Vacuum Interrupters & Vacuum Circuit Breakers by setting up a manufacturing unit in Kolkata.
