Consequently, our name was changed to `Saraswati Saree Depot Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 31, 2023 consequent upon change of name and upon conversion to public limited company was issued by the RoC. The corporate identity number of our Company is U52500PN2021PLC199578.Key Events and Milestones:1993- Started partnership firm under the name and style of "M/s.
