Our Company was incorporated as "Rashi Peripherals Private Limited" as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated March 15, 1989, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai at Maharashtra. Our Company became a deemed public limited company under Section 43A of the Companies Act, 1956 and the word `private' was deleted with effect from July 1, 1997, pursuant to that our Company once again became a private limited company with effect from October 29, 2001.
