Thereafter the main object of the company was altered by passing of special resolution by the shareholders of the company on August 19, 2019 and a new CIN U35990DL2013PTC248685-was issued by ROC, Delhi, Subsequently, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 08, 2023, the Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of the Company was changed to `Oriana Power Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on April 24, 2023 by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.
