Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on May 9, 2007 at Hyderabad, erstwhile Andhra Pradesh as "Nova Agritech Private Limited". Our business was started by our founder Sambasivarao Yeluri and Kalyana Chakravarthy. Thereafter, pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders on September 8, 2018, our Company was converted to a public limited company and our name was changed to "Nova Agritech Limited".
