Industry and Software Development. -In the year 2010, the Company decided to move into area of Real Estate Construction and Development and changed the name to Nimbus Projects Limited. -Presently, the company is engaged in real estate business and providing real estate consultancy to its various clients. The Company's operations encompass various aspects of real estate development, such as land identification and acquisition, project planning, designing, marketing and execution. At present, its focus is on the development of residential projects in Delhi and elsewhere in the NCR. -The main focus of Nimbus is construction and development of properties, project management, investment advisory and construction services. The Company has traversed a path of steady growth & expansion and new processes have been added. 2000 - The Company allotted 15,00,000 No. of equity shares to promoters on preferential basis. - The Company has signed an agreement with CDSL and NSDL for dematerialisation. 2006 - NCJ International Ltd has changed the registered office of the Company from Laxmi Nagar, Main Vikas Marg, New Delhi to District Center, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi w.e.f.
