The Company was incorporated as Kavita Fabrics Private Limited on October 18, 2005 under the Companies Act, bearing Registration No. U17110GJ2005PTC46929 having its Registered Office at Surat, Gujarat, India. Subsequently, the Company became a Public Limited Company in pursuance to a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 31, 2012. The fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to change of name as a result of conversion to a public limited company was issued on September 26, 2012 by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Key Events and Milestones of Our Company Year Milestone 2005 -Incorporation as `Kavita Fabrics Private Limited 2008 -Commenced commercial production 2012 -Business purchase of Aayush Creation, a proprietorship firm of one of our Promoters, Mrs.Sarika Chandak -Conversion of the Company into a Public Limited Company. -Purchased 24 new jacquard power looms 2014 - Kavita Fabrics Ltd has issued Bonus shares in the proportion of 2:1 2020 -Company name has changed to NIBE Ltd. from Kavita Fabrics Ltd.. 2022 -NIBE has own work order dated 6 December 2022 from Goa Shipyard for supplying mild steel and high tensile steel plates with shot blasting and priming for main hull and superstructure of floating dock for a total consideration of Rs 25.18 crore. 2024 -The Company has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with HBE, South Korea to set-up a joint venture for forging facilities in India to manufacture defence and aerospace products. -The Company has received Purchase Order from Ordefence Systems Limited for assemblies, sub- assemblies and supply of 12 kits of small arms for a total consideration of Rs. 307,76,34,875.2025-The Company has received the Purchase Order of Rs. 28.08 Crores from one of the leading Infra and Defence Company.
