The main object of activities are Crushing & extraction of Oil from Oilseeds, ricebran, etc. and trading in all kinds of Oils, oil Seeds, Oil Cakes, Soyabean Seeds, etc. 2008 MNL achieved its ISO certification to further the quality assurance to its stakeholders. 2009 -Modi Naturals has given the Bonus in the Ratio of 1:1 2010 -Company has changed its name from Anil Modi Oil Industries Ltd. to Modi Naturals Ltd. -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted from 711, Roots Tower, District Centre, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi- 110092 to 405, Deepali Building, 92 Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019. 2011 -Ms. Purva Satija - Appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. 2013 -Modi Naturals Ltd. have Launched of cooking oil brand Modi Naturals Oleev Active. -Mr. Sulabh Singhal has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent and Non-Executive) of the Company.2018-Company has launched new product 'Popcorn' under brand name 'PIPO' & PIPO Mix'in
