Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on November 15, 2022, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of the Company was changed from "Megatherm Induction Private Limited" to "Megatherm Induction Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 20, 2022, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal bearing CIN U31900WB2010PLC154236.Major events and milestones:2010-Incorporation of the Company in the name of "Megatherm Transmission & Distribution Private Limited"2015-Change in the name of our Company from Megatherm Transmission & Distribution Private Limited To Megatherm Induction Private Limited2016-Started operations at the Kharagpur facility2022-Started the business of transformer manufacturing-Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company
