The registered office of the Company is at C/1-39/13/16, G.I.D.C. Naroda, Ahmedabad. MCL has a technical agreement for purchase of designs and drawings with M/s Croll-Reynolds Inc. of USA. MCL is promoted by Mr. Sorab R Mody During the year 1995-96 the Company has amalgamated with Mazda Croll-Reynolds Process Systems Private Limited.
