Pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company dated September 19, 1988, the name of the Company was changed to `Mamata Machinery Private Limited', and the Company received a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 16, 1988 issued by the RoC. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company dated June 5, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed to `Mamata Machinery Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 21, 2024 was issued by the RoC.Major Events and Milestones:1989- Started commercial operation as a manufacturer of microprocessor-controlled bag making machines1991-Introduced servo technology1992- Entered exports market1997- Entered plastic extrusion business2003- Incorporated wholly owned foreign subsidiary, Mamata Enterprises Inc for operation in USA2022- Introduced secondary packaging automation- Introduced vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machine2024-""Mamata Machinery Bags One More EEPC India""Star Performer"" Award for Outstanding Export Performance"".
