Ltd. with itself. 2010 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1. 2011 - Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has recommended Dividend @ 5% (Rs. 0.05 per Equity share on the face value of Rs. 1/- each). 2015 -Mahalaxmi Rubtech Ltd has consolidated its face value of share from Rs. 1 to Rs. 10.2024-The Company Informed the exchangeNCLT Order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangements involving Demerger
