Subsequently the name of our company was changed to "Leapfrog Engineering Services Private Limited" vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Change of Name dated January 23, 2009 bearing Corporate Identification Number U74210KA2005PTC036274 issued by Registrar of Companies - Karnataka.
