The name of the company has been changed to Landmark Property Development Company Limited with effect from January 23, 2008 vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Orissa. 2010 - The appointment of Mr. Rajeev Kumar Nair as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company. 2011 -Landmark Property Development Company appointed Mr. Givindarajula Bhaskar Rao as an Additional Director. 2013 -Landmark Property Development Company has recommended dividend of Re. 0.05 per share (i.e. 5 per cent) on Equity Shares. 2014 -Landmark Property Development Company has recommend dividend of Re. 0.07 per share (i.e. 7 per cent) on Equity Shares.
