For the company, the pipeline continues to be strong. Substantial pipeline however is moving in a positive direction. Over a period of three years, KPIT will acquire the balance shareholding. -KPIT Technologies announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire a controlling stake in PathPartner Technology. -The company inform that the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has approved the scheme of merger by absorption of Impact Automotive Solutions Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, with KPIT Technologies Limited and their respective shareholders (Scheme) under sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
