During 1996-97, sugar units at Vuyyuru & Lakshmipuram, distillery unit at Vuyyuru & workshop at Vuyyuru have been allocated to & vested in KCP Sugar & Industries Corporation Ltd. 2004 -Delist the Company's equity shares from the Exchange w.e.f. September 20, 2004. 2005 -KCP Ltd has aapointed Sri A. Ramakrishna as an additional director. -The shareholding of Smt. V. L. Indira Dutt, after the said acquisition is 2,74,774 shares of K.C.P. Sugars Limited. 2006 -Mr. K. Sridhar has been appointed as Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer of the Company. -Wind Power generating Unit setup at Uthumalai village in Tirunelveli Dt of Tamil Nadu. 2007 -KCP Biotech Limited got merged with the KCP Limited. 2008 -Mr. Y.
