The Company obtained its certificate of Commencement of Business dated 29th December 1994 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Registered Office of the Company was shifted from the state of Rajasthan to NCT of Delhi & Haryana w.e.f. 2nd March 2005 vide CLB order No. CP No. 220/17/2004-CLB dated 2nd March 2005 stating the Company No. as 55-134282. The Company at present has its Registered office situated at 5/2, Punjabi Bagh Extn, New Delhi - 110026 .The Company has its Plant located at A-1114, RIICO Indl. Area, Bhiwadi-301019 (Raj.) Major Events in the history of the company 1. The Company got registered w.e.f. 12th September, 1994 2. The Company started commercial production in October 1995. 3. The Company has optioned IS 1786-1985 certification in the year 1995. 4. The Company has received ISO 9001:2000 for quality management system, in the year 1997 5. The Company has received Udyog Ratan Award, Udyog Patra Award, Rajat Jayanti Udyog Jayanti Award from the Government of India. 6. The Company started production of TMT Bars in 2004 7. The Company got certificate for using the trade mark "TEMCORE" from Centre De Rechercher Metallurgiques (CRM), LIEGE (Beligium) in 2005. 2006 -Kamadhenu Ispat join hands with Hyderabad Co 2007 -Kamadhenu Ispat has appointed Mr. Parvesh Kr Goyal, as Independent Director of the Company. 2009 -Kamdhenu Ispat Limited has informed that Mr. Yogendra Dwivedi, an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f. 18th August, 2009. 2011 -Mr. Yogendra Dwivedi has been re-instated as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company 2012 -Mr. Ramesh Chand Surana has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company. 2013 -Kamdhenu Ispat Launch of Kamdhenu SS10000 - A Premium Segment of Reinforced Steel Rebars 2015 -Company is expanding its business activities of Colour Coated Sheets through its franchisee business model under the flagship brand KAMDHENU. 2016 -Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd informed that the name of Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd. shall be changed to Kamdhenu Ltd. and symbol be changed from KIL to KAMDHENU w.e.f. March 18, 2016. 2020 -"Restart of production at Steel and Paints factory of the Company". 2021 -Acquisitionof of a Section 8 Company viz M/s Kamdhenu Jeevandhara Foundation to fulfil CSR obligations of the Company. 2025 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
