Our Company was incorporated on September 5, 2006, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, with the name, "Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Private Limited" pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Goa, Daman and Diu. The registered office of our Company was shifted from Panduronga Timblo Industries, Akash Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Opp. Canara Bank, Panjim, Goa, India to Building No. 5 & 6, Unit No. 801, 8th Floor, Mindspace SEZ, Thane Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Maharashtra, India - 400708, pursuant to a special resolution dated June 10, 2019.
