The Company was originally incorporated as "PCVARK Software Private Limited" on April 13, 2015 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur. Further pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 14, 2017 the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name of the Company was changed to "PCVARK Software Limited" vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 27, 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur. The Corporate Identification Number of the company is U72900RJ2015PLC047363. Further the name of the Company was changed from "PCVARK Software Limited" to Innovana Thinklabs Limited" vide certificate of name change dated August 30, 2017 Issued by Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur The Company was originally promoted and presently by Mr. Chandan Garg, and Mr. Kapil Garg who were the initial subscribers to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. The Company was founded by Mr. Chandan Garg and Mr. Kapil Garg in the year 2015 and the Promoter Mr. Chandan Garg is having vast experience in field of Information Technology and he holds bachelor degree of Science in bio technology. He has also completed Post graduation diploma in management from symbiosis center from distance learning (SCDL) and certified professional cthese from Microsoft. He has completed various certified ctheses such as E Business Solution Developer from CISTEMS School of Computing and also cleared various exams in IT from DOEACC Society. He has experience of 16 years in Information Technology industry. He was in whole time employment with Systweak Software Private Limited before joining this Company. He looks after overall management and operations of the said Company. Under his guidance the above Company has witnessed continuous growth. He manages the day-to-day affairs of the said Company and is responsible for business policies, strategic decisions, business development etc. As a strategic planner with a hands-on approach, he has been instrumental in the growth of the Company to this level. Before working with Systweak Software, the Promoter Chandan Garg worked with Cistems Software Private Limited (presently know as Metacube Software) in Jaipur as a software developer. At Cistems Software he worked from the year April 2001 to March 2003. In March 2003, he joined a then start up Systweak Inc. as one of the first employees. The initial business model was to create system optimization and backup software, which were white labeled for companies in USA and Europe. Under the leadership of the Promoters the revenue of Systweak Inc. increased multiple times and reached around 3 million dollars by the end of 2009. In 2010 Mr. Chandan Garg was responsible for inducing direct marketing of software created in Systweak Inc. and he single handedly marketed various software in more than 25 languages including German, French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish and many more languages. By the end of 2013 the turnover increased to more than 100 million USD. Under his guidance Systweak also established their own call center in Jaipur in 2013 named "The phone Support". The call center had more than 500 employees by mid of 2014. Later the Promoter Mr. Chandan Garg left Systweak in February 2015 to start Innovana Thinklabs Limited (Formerly known as PCVARK Software Limited), we believe that the market position has been achieved by adherence to the vision of the Promoters and senior management team and their experience.
