Gateway Distriparks Limited (Formerly Known as Gateway Rail Freight Limited) (the "Company" or "GDPL") was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the name and style of Rag Freight Services Private Limited, pursuant to a certificate of Incorporation dated July 12, 2005 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. The name of the Company was changed to Gateway Rail Freight Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued dated August 17, 2006 by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company and consequently renamed as Gateway Rail Freight Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 16, 2007 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. Consequently the name of the Company has been changed from Gateway Rail Freight Limited to Gateway Distriparks Limited pursuant to the order of the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 11, 2022 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Registered office of the Company, was changed from NCT of Delhi to the State of Maharashtra and the same was approved by an order dated June 30, 2020 issued by the Regional Director, Northern Region, New Delhi and fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on August 27, 2020. 2022 -Company name has changed to Gateway Distriparks Ltd. from Gateway Rail Freight Ltd. -Gateway Distripark completed the acquisition of 99.92% shareholding of Kashipur Infrastructure and Freight Terminal Private Limited ('KIFTPL') from its majority shareholders, namely Apollo Logisolutions Limited, India Glycols Limited ('IGL') and Kashipur Holdings Limited.
