Our Company was originally incorporated as `Enviro Infra Engineers Private Limited' a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 at Delhi, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated June 19, 2009 issued by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana. Thereafter on April 1, 2010, our Company took over the business of partnership firm, M/s Enviro Engineers. Thereafter, name of our Company was changed from `Enviro Infra Engineers Private Limited' to `Enviro Infra Engineers Limited' consequent to conversion of our Company from private to public company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company on July 19, 2022 and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi ("RoC") on August 8, 2022.
