A copy of the Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon for Change of Name of the Company from "Emkay Share and Stock Brokers Ltd" to "EMKAY GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD" issued, by the Registrar of Companies-Maharashtra, Mumbai. This name change is effective from June 02, 2008. 2011 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From B- Ruby Mills Tower, 7th Floor South East Wing, Senapati Bapat Marg,Dadar- (West), Mumbai- 400025. 2012 -"Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd. announces an alliance with London-based Icon Capital Limited". 2013 -Mr. Vaibhav Purohit has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. 2014 -Mr. Vaibhav Purohit as the Compliance officer of the Company. 2016 -Emkay Global gains over 5% as Porinju Veliyath buys stake -Emkay Global Financial Services selected India's Most Trusted Financial Brand
