The Company is promoted by Mr.Ashok Vike Patil, a Graduate in Microbiology and also M.B.A. in Material Managements & Production Planning and Control both from Pune University. The other promoters of the Company are Mr.V.S.Raju and Mr.Arun B.Narula, Mr.V.S.Raju, B.A.(Chem), A.N.S.(Sugar Tech.) F.S.T.A.is a technocrat and has over two decades of experience in Sugar, Alcohol and Fertiliser Industry.
