Our Company commenced its business with software business, services across e-commerce, content management system, entertainment events management system, payment, processing system, mobile application, learning management system as well as ERP for both front-end user interface as well as back-end. 2022 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-. 2023 -DRC Systems India Limited has informed the Exchange about Acquisition of 100% Stake in US based Company. 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
