The Company was incorporated as Dodla Dairy Limited on May 15, 1995 at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956. the Company commenced business on May 23, 1995. the Company has not changed its name since incorporation. The Company had historically, in various public documents such as annual reports and secretarial filings, name d Dodla Sunil Reddy, Dodla Sesha Reddy, Dodla Subba Reddy, Dodla Girija Reddy, Dodla Deepa Reddy and D. Padmavathamma as the promoters. Pursuant to a resolution of the Board in its meeting held on July 13, 2018, Dodla Subba Reddy, Dodla Girija Reddy, Dodla Deepa Reddy and D.
