The company was originally incorporated as Dhruv Consultancy Services Private Limited on August 26, 2003 with the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai, under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956. Subsequently, the company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on January 10, 2018 and the name of the company was changed to "Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to a public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on February 07, 2018.
