Our Company was incorporated as a public limited company with the name Teamec Chlorates Limited (Now Known as Chemfab Alkalies Limited after effecting name change w.e.f.21.072027) and received the certificate of incorporation dated May6, 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956.Our Company obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business on May 9, 2009 from the Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, Chennai, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. 2021 -Company has received Consent to Operate (CTO) enhancing our Caustic Soda capacity from 45600 TPA to 56575 TPA. Consent capacities of all co-products has also been enhanced. -Company located at Sricity, Andhra Pradesh has successfully commissioned its second production line for manufacture of PVCO pipes.
