Our Company was incorporated as Kharagpur Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 on March 15, 2012, and was granted the certificate of incorporation by the RoC. The name of our Company was subsequently changed to Capillary Technologies India Private Limited pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board on May 4, 2012 and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the EGM held on June 15, 2012, and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on July 26, 2012. The name of our Company was changed because of our business operations.
