The Company was converted from `Hopewell Tableware Private Limited' to `Hopewell Tableware Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 19, 2018, consequent upon conversion from Private Limited to Public Limited, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Thereafter, the name of our Company was changed to `Borosil Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated November 20, 2018 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Major Events and Milestones:2013-Started manufacturing and marketing Melamine and Opal glass tableware items in Sikar district of Rajasthan as a Greenfield Project  2020 -Company name has changed to Borosil Ltd. from Hopewell Tableware Pvt. Ltd.. -Company Identification Number (CIN) of the Company, has been changed from U36100MH2010PLC292722 to L36100MH2010PLC292722 2022 - Commencement Of Trial Production Of Additional Opal Manufacturing Capacity At Company'S Plant In Jaipur, Rajasthan -Regarding capacity addition of 42 tonnes per day (TPD) for Opal Ware Glass manufacturing at the Company's Jaipur Plant, Rajasthan. -The trial production for additional capacity of 42 TPD for Opal Ware Glass at Company's Jaipur plant has commenced on December 20, 2022. 2023 -The Company Commencement of commercial production of Opal Ware Glass from the Company s second furnace at its plant in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 2024 -The Company setting up of new borosilicate glass production facility.
