Later the name was changed to Bloom Dekor ltd on Nov 13, 1992. The company is promoted by Mr Sunil Gupta an entrepreneur in the field of decorative laminates. 2000 - The Company has signed an agreement with CDSL & NSDL for dematerialisation. 2003 -Board recommends Dividend of 10%. 2012 - Board recommends Dividend @ Rs. 0.50 per equity share 2013 - Board recommends Dividend @ Rs. 0.80 per equity share
