YEAR EVENTS 1991 - Baid Leasing & Finance Company Limited incorporated as a Public Limited Company on 20th December, in 1991, under the Companies Act, 1956. The Company received certificate of commencement of business on 1st December, 1992 from Registars of Companies at Jaipur. It was promoted by Pannalal Baid, Rakesh Kumar Baid & Sunil Jain. The company is engaged in the business of leasing and hire purchase, auto finance business etc. - The Company proposed to diversify into leasing of plant and machineries. It was also proposed to export coloured gem stones. 1995 - 7,00,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each issued, 60,45,000 No. of equity shares of Rs 10 each were then issued at par in Jan. 1995 of which 20,00,000 shares and 4,04,500 shares reserved and allotted to promoters, directors etc. & NRIs of the remaining the following were reserved for allotment on a preferential basis. (i) 2000 shares to employees; (ii) 4,04,500 shares to Indian Mutual Funds (None were taken). Balance 32,34,000 shares along with 4,04,500 shares not taken up by Indian Mutual Funds were issued to the public. 2011 -Appointment of M/s. R. K. Chapawat & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as a new statutory Auditors of the Company. 2012 -Change of Registered Office of the Company within the local limits from "Baid House, 1, Tara Nagar, Madrampura, Ajmer Road, Jaipur (Rajasthan)" to "3, Jaipur Towers. 2014 - The appointment of Mr. Aman Baid as Additional Director on the Board of the Company. - Shifting of registered office to "Baid House", IInd Floor, 1, Tara Nagar, Ajmer Road, Jaipur-06. 2019 -NCLT has approved the Scheme of Arrangement among Jaisukh Developers Pvt. Ltd. and Skyview Tie Up Pvt. Ltd. with Baid Leasing and Finance Co. Ltd. 2022 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. -Company name has changed to Baid Finserv Ltd. from Baid Leasing and Finance Company Ltd.. 2025 -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 2 in the ratio of 1:4 at a premium of Rs. 8 per share.
