The Company was incorporated on January 18, 1988 as a private limited company under the Companies Act,1956, with the name "ASK Automotive Private Limited", pursuant to a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana ("RoC"). Autotech Private Limited and Vijaylaxmi Infra Projects Private Limited pursuant to which manufacturing facilities ASK-16 and ASK-17, both situated in IMT Manesar, Gurugram, Haryana, India were transferred to the Company from A.A.
