KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES 2013 - Incorporation of the company as a private Limited company under the name and style of Akshar Spintex Private Limited. 2018 - Conversion of company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company. 2023 -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1-. 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:5. -The company issued rights shares of Rs. 1 in the ratio of 13:8 at par.
