Sundaram Finance has announced that at the Board Meeting held on February 02, 2026, the Board of Directors has accorded its approval to revise the limit for raising funds, during the financial year 2025-26, by issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, in one or more tranches, from Rs. 13,000 cr. to Rs. 16,000 cr.
At 12.45 pm, Sundaram Finance was trading at Rs. 4,635.45, down by 2.68%, with a volume of 1626 BSE.
