Our Company was incorporated as `Denta Properties and Infrastructure Private Limited' in Bangalore, Karnataka as a private limited company under Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated November 17, 2016 issued by Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Thereafter, pursuant to a resolution passed at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on June 14, 2023, and a special resolution of the Shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on June 26, 2023, the name of our Company was changed to `Denta Water and Infra Solutions Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2023, consequent upon the name change, was issued by the RoC. Subsequently, our Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of our Shareholders held on August 14, 2023 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to its present name, `Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 12, 2023 was issued by the RoC to our Company.Major Events and Milestones:2019- Breakthrough as sub-contractor for construction of Check Dams & Reestablishment of Natural River in Channapatna Taluk of Ramanagar District, Karnataka2020- Awarded direct contract from Government of Karnataka for construction of Checkdams.2020- Awarded Lift Irrigation project as sub-contractor for filing of Tanks in Makali, Makali Hosahalli, Krishnapura and nearby villages of Channapatna Taluk of Ramanagar District, Karnataka by lifting water from Kanva Reservoir.2021- Completed project in ground water recharging under KC Valley phase 1 Project2022- Awarded direct contract for ground water recharging under KC Valley - Phase II project- Awarded contract under "Jal Jeevan Mission" of Government of India2024- Awarded contract under "Amruth Mission" of Government of India 2025 -Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited has bagged new orders to execute 7 projects as on date and amounting to Rs.1830.06 Millions. -Denta Water and Infra Solutions Secures Four Major Water Infrastructure Projects worth over Rs. 106 crore in Karnataka.
