Our Company was originally incorporated as "Ather Energy Private Limited" as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 21, 2013 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Pursuant to a change in the registered office of our Company, a certificate of registration dated May 31, 2016, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore.
